Testing the Fit:
- Test the fit by inserting the jewelry into the labret to check for snugness. If it slides easily, it's too loose.

Bending the Push-Pin:
- Gently bend the stainless steel pin using the labret. If it doesn’t fit all the way, you may have over-bent it and need to straighten it slightly. If it’s still loose, bend it a bit more. With practice, this should take only a few seconds.

Adding Jewelry:
- Insert the labret from the back to the front, then carefully press the jewelry into the hole in the labret without twisting it. Ensure you hear a click. Properly done, the piece should sit securely and comfortably for years.

For fresh piercings, do not use this jewelry. Piercing shops or piercers do not pierce with jewelry brought in by customers due to unknown material compositions.
